The SmartBlock ll graphite heating block is faster and simpler with more reproducible results than digestions using traditional laboratory equipment. The solid graphite heating block heats digestion tubes from ambient to 180oC uniformly and fast. The digestion tubes are heated evenly on both sides and the bottom with excellent temperature stability eliminating the need to move individual digestion tubes to more favorable positions.
SmartBlock's rugged construction eliminates corrosion and sample contamination, making SmartBlock ll a low maintenance option for fast, reliable and economical digestions.
Built in safety features protect not just the samples, they protect your operators as well.
SmartBlock ll accessories make even lighter work of your digestions. Extra racks allow you to weigh sample directly into the digestion tubes. The racks can be transferred directly to the SmartBlock II. After digestion the rack can then be used for cooling. Purchase extra racks to facilitate batch handling of samples and digestion tubes.
